Updated – NEW MUSIC: SRNC Presents Red Carpet (Remake) – Clew Rock, Scheme, Astonish and Jamal Science

Update: We just added the Clean Version, as well as the Acapella Version of the Red Carpet (Remake) 

We promised ya’ll some NEW MUSIC and here it is!

Clew Rock, Scheme, Astonish and Jamal Science got together to knock out a remake of the Red Carpet joint from Evidence’s album which was produced by the Alchemist. It’s one of the best beats to come out as of recent so the SRNC team decided to re-do it in their own way.

With the help of DJ Scend the click got together at the Shoebox and knocked this joint out as a testing of the waters for the upcoming SRNC EP which will be worked on in the next couple of weeks. This is just the beginning; Enjoy!

Above are some random pics Scend and I took of the Sunday session at the Shoebox. Been here since noon working on some music. First day working on this idea of an SRNC EP. That means, Jamal Science, Astonish, Clew Rock and myself will be working on an EP. We’re knocking out a leak to drop this week, just to get the ball rolling.

The EP will be all original music. We just started on it, but expect music from all of us soon.

Blessed to have had another great year in 2011. We wanted to thank all of our fans for constantly showing us support in everything we do. You are our motivation to keep doing what we do. The project contains music from SRNC members Scheme, Astonish, Jamal Science and Clew Rock. The mixtape is completely handled by DJ Scend and the mastering was handled by Alex Baez from Good Life Music Group.

Below you can see the artwork (which was done by Danny Torres) as well as the track list for the mixtape. It’s a year end wrap-up celebration of music. A special thanks to all the fans, blogs, sites, producers, artists, writers, columnists, promoters and everyone who supported us through out 2011.

DJ Scend x Scheme : Helluva Year Mixtape Vol. 2 (Artwork + New Music)

Here’s the front cover artwork for the “Helluva Year Mixtape Vol. 2″ by DJ Scend and Scheme.

We’ll put out the back cover with track list soon. For now check out the front cover, which was done by Danny Torres (who also designed our SRNC logo) and some songs from the upcoming mixtape. The project drops on 12/31/11.

It’s a mix by DJ Scend of music by SRNC members Scheme, Astonish, Jamal Science, and Clew Rock. New, old, unreleased, and remixed music. Make sure to check it out when it drops.

For now here are three songs; one from Jamal Science and Scheme which has never before been released. The song is produced by Jamal Science and the cuts are by DJ Tune.
